Judging from the comment section it seems to be a good deal. I'm still getting mine together. Price is good.

The only deficency I saw is you would need several suture kits to supliment it. It comes with just one.

I found a lot of first aid / surgical / suture stuff on Ebay. You just need to watch the dates on some of it but I got a good kit with a platoon medics bag and it couldn't hold all of it so I ended up filling it with what I hope is needed.
