I got this a few weeks ago and haven't had time to post. Its very high quality, but overpriced. I just had to have it.

I carry that AK folder on duty. That thing has opened up more apartment doors for me that I could estimate and still has its point.

Yes, that Boker is not bad for its price point. I've seen some with a pocket clip, which mine does not have. I wish it did.

Very nice. Not 100% sure of VA's law regarding autos so I stay away from them but that is one I'd sure like to have. Congratulations.

That pretty much sums up all my feelings about Benchmade products. :lool:

Its featured in a Nuthin Fancy review on You Tube. I really can't add much to what he says about it, but I agree with his assessment even if he is a bit of an ass clown. ;)

Yeah, mine has the pocket clip. I think I paid 30 or 40 bucks for it. I took that sliding lock off of it, though. It had too much play in it and would engage when I didn't want it to.

I work with guys that'll buy a $300 knife but if you ask them to use it they act like you just asked them to bang their sister. I don't get it. Same guys that'll buy an LMT and only take it out of the safe to polish it for pictures.

I've read/heard some very good reports on the Godfather series of knives. Lots of happy owners.

Unfortunately I'm probably one of those same guys. I've loaned knives to folks in the past and gotten them back with the tip snapped off, glue and other shit stuck to the blade, etc. Loaned a subcontractor my Chris Reeve Sebenza one day and when I turned around he had a piece of cardboard laying on the concrete floor and was just fixing to cut a piece out of it. Sorry but I don't do that with my cheapest knife.

A knife is a tool and I don't loan tools to idiots. The way I see it if you need a knife you should carry one. If not, show me what you want cut and I'll cut if for you.

I've been EDCing it for a few months now. It still slams open and closed as new. Still has a great edge. I still can't justify 3 bills, but its a cool as hell knife.

O.S.O.K.

That looks like a fine blade

Unfortunately here in MI, they are regulated the same as NBC weapons...IE they will prosecute you the same, regardless if it's a nuclear, biological, chemical or an auto-knife weapon.

But, EMT's, active duty military, national guard, reservists, police and fire dept. personal are all ok to own one (auto-knife that is) the federal govt still says no to NBC's ;)
