These first two are a couple of wide old razors from Sheffield, England. More to come.

Excellent. What is the cut out area for on the end/tip of the first razor?

I don't see it on his razor handle but all the razors I have seen with a cutout in the tip of the blade had a button lock to hold the blade closed.

The cut out on the end of the razor is called a Barber's Notch. Its origins have been lost in time, but one theory is that it was used to assist in opening the razor one handed.
