Any one know why it is that all the PSL's I see now days don't have a cleaning rod? Did they get banned from import or what?

I was looking at my AK book by Ezell and they show a picture of a PSL together and dissassembled. I looked over the pictures very carefully and there is no cleaning rod. If you have a picture of a PSL with a cleaning rod, would you please post it. My PSL did not come with a cleaning rod.
