question about turning a barrel down.

hello,

just wondering about turning a barrel down. my barrel is the regular diameter ( .908 ) and my trunion is alot smaller ( .901 ) is there anyone that could turn my barrel down for me so it is 1-2000th's bigger than the trunion? and if so what is the charge for something like this? :) thanks for any info!

clamp the bbl lightly in a vice and polish the end with some emery cloth. it will go quicker than you think so check often.

I agree with the emory cloth and also bear in mind that it is a compression fit so the od of the barrel should be a tad larger than the id of the trunnion

cool :) ive been searching around and ppl say that the barrel should be 1-2000th's bigger than the trunion. any of you experts have an opinion? :)
