I figure if SHTF i should do ok for some time.. plenty of ammo for trade and use.
I will bug out in place and make due with the things around me
but the main thing is food..
I have been slowly stocking up on the freezed dried foods... the stuff with a 25 year life span for the just incase..

well to the point.. I figured i would try what i buy..
to say the least my can of mountain house scrambled eggs with butter is almost gone.
along with honeyvilles chocolate milk .. luv the stuff...
but i am not to fond of honeyvilles hash browns... but they will do

If you have tried any freezed dried foods and find something worth while I would like to know..

O.S.O.K.

They have improved them over the years. I've eaten FD food for backpacking over about 20 years - mostly earlier in the 20 years :)

Some of it is pretty tasty really. Some sucks big time.

The best milk I've ever had was "milkman" - which I don't even know if it's around any more - but it had some milkfat in it. Was decent.
