In another thread (http://www.gunsnet.net/showthread.php?9801-Court-No-right-to-resist-illegal-cop-entry-into-home) a judge has ruled that we are not protected from unreasonable searches and seizures. I thought the whole idea of the judiciary branch was to set aside personal feelings and determine what the Constitution says and how that affects the laws the other two branches try to implement. It is down right scarry that judges feel impowered to just throw out the Constitution when making these rulings.
