Membership Upgrade Center Down?

It is getting close to my needing to re-up my membership. I am trying to get onto the Membership Upgrade Center to check out the prices but the page that comes up is one of those error pages that say the URL I am trying to get to does not exist. Am I doing something wrong?

Nope. It might be with my computer at work. I tried this while on duty. I will be home in a couple of hours and I will try there.
