SureFire 60 and 100 mags coming soon... maybe!

A buddy of mine on Grovetown, GA who's an NFA dealer has some 60 round Surefire's... don't know if they're for sale, or if he's a beta-tester.

My point... they're starting to filter into the private market and hopefully will be available for purchase soon

I like the concept of the 60 rounders, but I don't see myself buying some unless they come down a lot in price. $130 for one magazine is a little steep for me.

They look really weird on the rifle, but I'd probably get one if the price were right.

Cheaper than a Beta-C mag... I wonder though how reliable a quad stack mag can be?

They look like an old Suomi mag. I'd be interested in a 60.

12 string guitars only have 6 extra strings, but they're 85 TIMES as likely to be used in a song about wizards.

I got the model from Bandai.

The 60's are cheaper than a Beta-C but they are also 40 rounds less. The 100 rounders are supposed to be very expensive.

MidwayUSA sells them. No surprise they're out of stock: http://www.midwayusa.com/browse/Brow...*&brandId=1591
"The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time; the hand of force may destroy, but cannot disjoin them. ... Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: that his justice cannot sleep for ever."--Thomas Jefferson

I like the 60s, but the 100s look just ridiculous.

Those things shouldn't be more than $50, IMO. Not unless there is a lot more that goes into making them that I'm unaware of (which is probably the case anyway).
