    Closed on the UP house today....

    Wife says I get the basement, she gets the rest................at least no more 100 degree summer days. Now, to get this house here in the city sold so I can build a cabin at my east Texas camp to live in during the winter. No shoveling that white shit for me......chris3

    You'll find that selling the house in the city will be the hardest chore.... we have buyers but just try and get one that's qualified to get a loan... man.
