    Sorry, I forgot to say that I baste them while they are on the spit and make sure
    that I dont over cook them, I have also bacon wrapped them and that works good.

    got a ton of squirrels around my in-laws, need to break out the .22 and take care of a few of them. They prob be good in a big pot of gumbo or use them for coyote bate.
