    Value of 1920 M96 C.G. with bayo.

I know these Swedes bring a premium but I'd like a little input from people here rather than relying on the net. You get more realistic info from GN members.

Thanks Alice. I'll use that as a reference point for valuing it.

i paid 4 bills for my 1916 C.G. "zero" code about two years ago. no bayo but it came with the flash hider and a B-Square mount and 60rds of ammo.

so $350 is not out of reality.

You know years back when they had the rifle you wanted in stock. Well how many have dried up. So who is naming the price. The internet is the high side of course. Gun show and local dealer will get you the best price.

Bad economy and every wants top dollar right now. It just plain sucks !

So yes 400 dollars is what is expected for an M96 on the internet.

And that flash hider is a joke to.What a waste of time.

It's due to the uncertain economy that I'm considering there might be a need to sell something if it gets down to it. After I got layed-off last year for the first time in my 40+ years of working, I started to mentally line-up my ducks (guns) in order of which would go first, then find out what I could get for them. The wife (God bless her heart) told me to hold-off until the financial situation got bad enough before we sold anything.

So, it's good to know what they might bring in a pinch anyway. If I did sell this Swede, it would also include the ammo (hundreds of rounds, but mostly reloads), dies, brass and sling, which should bring it to more of a premium price.

    Thanks for the input everybody.
