That's basically your only good option for a chinese rifle.
I have one on mine and it is awesome.
Standard picatinny rail on the top so it opens up all kinds of options like quick detach Acogs, Aimpoint and Eotech too.

Thanks is that my only option I've heard bad things about receiver mounts. And are you sure that would fit on a mak-90 sporter?

The ones you hear horror stories about are accurate. They sucked because they were just the cover with a mount stuck to it basically. Would'nt hold a zero if you just merely bumped the rifle. Pure junk.
That one is very different from the stuff you're thinking of. It replaces your rear leaf sight with a pretty tight mounting hinge pin and does hold the zero really well when you open and close it.
It was designed especially with the chinese rifles in mind which are slightly different dimensions than other AK's so yes i'm absolutely sure it will work. I have one on mine. It will work on any AK though because of the way it mounts and adjusts. It has very simple adjustments and only takes a few minutes to stick it on the rifle.
