Finland to tighten gun laws

Finland has some of the most relaxed gun laws in the world but they could be about to get tougher.
People there have more guns, per person, than in most other countries.
The government is now hoping that new legislation will halve the number of weapons licenses which are issued.
The measure follows the first ever school shooting in Finland, three years ago, which was followed by another one, nine months later.
Tom Burridge reports from Helsinki.
