Ordinarily it would be expected of Kim Jong Un to do something provocative in order to demonstrate that he is in control, but since NK shelled Yeonpyeong island, SK isn't going to tolerate any nonsense. They wanted to respond to the shelling militarily, but by the time they had made that decision, they had waited too long. I know that the Chinese offensive of the Korean War happened during Thanksgiving.... but still, I get that 'creepy feeling' whenever something provocative and strange happens in Korea around this time of year. This time more so.

In a way I agree with you, but on the other hand a whole lot of civilians could get seriously damaged.
