Condi Rice as vp in the GOP???

I saw an interview with her a few weeks or a month ago. She was asked this question and was very clear that she was happy in academia and had no plans to change. Having said that, people can change their minds. She would be great as VP. I think it's a non-starter though.

For once, I'm shocked that she wants to be the NFL commissioner. It seems so out of left field from her history, Sec state, Stanford Professor. Kinda an intellectual STEP DOWN, don't you think?

She's a huge football fan, remember her talking about it in a interview with Rush a few years ago.

The VP slot would really be a waste of her considerable talent. Selfishly I would like the thought of Condi being a heart beat from the presidency but having her run the intelligence apparatus would be better for our country.
