Breakfast was Fried country ham, fried potatoes, biscuits, gravy and chocolate gravy, hashbrown casserole, fried apples and eggs.

Lunch was turkey, mashed potatoes, more country ham, chicken casserole, baked beans, green bean casserole, rolls, macaroni n cheese, peas, sausage balls, little smokies....

And supper was, well ill just say just as much as lunch.

We don't believe on goin hungry out here in the country lol

We enjoyed some Roast Prime Rib, with au jus sauce, like usual. It's not my favorite, as I prefer my meat well-done not rare like most of the extended family likes it.

Seems like almost everyone else at the store was buying a big slab of prime rib as well.

We actually just ate out for Christmas cause everyone was too busy to actually prepare something. I'm guessing it was good but I wouldn't know as I had the Flu and my taste buds were not exactly working. And I was the one driving, so this Christmas doesn't rank as one of the best for me.
