i don't know if any of you have been following this story.....the one of the DC reporter who has been going thru the process of legally obtaining a handgun in Washington DC.....but she finally got to take her gun home.

just make 'em get an average permit for $100 + an 8 hour course and then let the instructor give them his own opinionated pointers on how to voice their own opinions.
