Back in 93' we had a sign that America was on the downhill slope.

I dare you to sit through the whole thing...I bet you can't. I couldn't.

This should have been a sign that commies were taking over.

I am with you....everything she says is just abstract in a way that it means nothing. She mastered the skill of BSing.

Made it all the way through....6min 22 sec.

Ms Angelou is certainly not the worst leftist around. In fact, she tends to lean toward the truth.

I was five when this happened, so you old farts had guard duty back in the day. I am not very familiar with her work, but that piece was blah at best. Too long for one thing, and even the audience look bore and confused. It came off as if she got her soapbox moment and was going to colorfully rant for awhile. And yes, I did watch the whole thing.

I live in the city that she taught at in those times. Trust me her influence was pretty bad. Not only did Maya teach here but my hometown is a safe haven for Louis Farrakhan (he went to college here) Both have tremendous influence here..except Farrakhan can occasionally get something right. Even though he is a nutjob.
