The state of Texas to deploy heavily armed gunboats on the Rio Grande!

So Arizona is gearing up the militia, and Texas is gearing up the gunboats. Sounds like those two states are going to do something about the problem.

"It sends a message: Don't mess with Texas," Jose Rodriguez, a regional commander of the Texas Department of Safety, told WFAA."

While they're at it how about they make sure to stick one on falcon lake too.
We kinda got an ongoing situation down there.
History has a severe case of stuttering complicated by chronic hiccups.
It always repeats itself and it never fails that something will go horribly wrong along the way.

Direct democracy is a gang rape. Eight men vote to rape one woman and the woman has to accept it because the majority decided that it was ok. A constitutional republic on the other hand is eight men and one woman with a full mag. Think about it for a while until it hurts your head.

That situation has been ongoing for a long time, Grew up and hunted and fished there for the first half of my life. Every sheriff on the river told me not to fish a border lake unless I was armed!I listened to em!

Texas should raise a militia too - what the hell are we waiting for? There is nothing legally that the feds can do about a militia - its totally within the rights of the Governor to do that. I bet we could organize millions of Texas men to participate. I know I'd do it if they had something like two-week tours set-up...

    Damn right!!!

And like others have said, Falcon lake needs one or two of those boats. Hell, I bet we could get the militia to show up with their own 1919s and arm up their own boats.

And once that is accomplished, the Governor should announce a state-wide "round-up of illegals bounty program" for the Sheriffs and City Police Chiefs. Many of the Police Chiefs won't go for it but the Sheriff's mostly would.

Determine what it costs them to apprehend and hold an illegal and then add 10% to that - that becomes the bounty amount. The detainees could be transfered to "holding areas that are fenced on three sides only - down on the border with the backside open to Mexico so they could simply walk accross the border to escape being processed by ICE. "Travel kits" could be provided for them to include a small rucksack thing with some food and a couple of gallon water containers. The militias would be on guard on either side of the holding area to ensure nobody decides to walk north...

    How's that for a plan?

I like it....I doubt of the gunboats will be effective. The dims will scream bloody murder because someone is trying to interrupt the egress of future dim voters......chris3

What are they going to do with it? I was watching the texas border wars, and as soon as the guys feet were in the water they didn't chase him. He was running drugs, and was going to get pulled over but drove his truck into the water before they could catch him. They let him go back across, and his buddies were scooping drugs out of the water.

I am all for stopping the shit on the water, but if you are going to let them go if they are in the water what is the point of an expensive gunboat?

That was Federal Border Patrol right? Does that answer the question?

The boat will be manned by Texas LEO's? I'm guessing - maybe you are hitting the nail on the head...

I would imagine that they'll be in Falcon Reservoir as well since the Rio Grand feeds into the lake. It would make sense to have a couple of boats patrolling below the dam between Brownsville & Falcon as well as several above the dam and in the river.

First time in my life I can say I'm proud to have Texas as a neighbor. But don't be surprised when boats just like them appear on the Red River.

Even better solutions then put forth here. I love the legal immigrants, wherever they come from. Its the ILLEGALS I get upset at. I work with the kids of a lot of illegals........fucking worthless kids refuse to stand for the pledge of alliegence, have to be made to stand up, refuse to say it. I LITERALLY told them if they don't love our country, don't want to show respect, to just leave. Get out. That they should go back to wherever they came from. Fuck em.....

I work with absolutely PHENOMENAL KIDS of all colors and creeds. Kids I think the world of. Immigrants, 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation children of immigrants. Many of them DO love this country....and many don't. Send those who don't back home with a bullet through the kneecap, so they can't come back.
    "What sick, barbaric bastards.

So, lagcsocialist supports terrorism AS LONG AS ITS FOR POLITICAL ENDS....

Due to budget cuts they had to scrimp a little on the speed boat.

Yup... It's a pretty damn big place. Especially when the water level is up. There is some unbelievable black bass & striper fishing there but it's become too dangerous down there. Fucking wetbacks

Actually a pretty slick looking boat, 6 machine guns and 900 horses pushing it. The waters just got safer for the good guys and after a few bad guy boats get sunk they will make great fish reef's. Assuming Obama doesn't sell the Cartels submarines or bigger guns.

See what poor Oklahoma has to use for their navy.
