He is an American and his agenda is to build the economy, which is essential for national security on many levels. He wants to lower taxes. He intends to reduce the size and regulatory scope of the .gov. He intends to increase domestic energy production. And maybe of most interest to members of this board, I quote from his web site:

That's nice and all but have you looked at his voting record? Look at how he votes on gun law. He wrote 0bamacare ffs! He has the ability to lie as much as any other politician, and just because he says things that sound nice to people who care for America doesn't mean he votes or will vote that way. Right now all the republican political heavy weights are doing the duty of "backing the guy that can win". Its the best a republican can ever hope for, because they will never get to vote for a conservative in the general election. But this time the "one that can win", looks about like the one he'll be running against. Romney represents a new low.

Not a surprise. Ted lost most of his credibility with me when he backed Zumbo over his "who needs an AR" fisaco.

Zumbo did do a 180 very quickly, which is more than most fudds and anti-gunners ever do.
