    Not for me:

    Brussels Sprouts
    Black Olives
    Asparagus
    Scrapple
    Sweetbread
    Yellow Mustard
    Pickle Relish
    Veal
    Long Pork
    Horseradish

    (Forget about exotic "delicacies")

Pretty much everything else is on the groaning board.

My grandmother would bake and serve them one day.....then let the left overs sit outside the refrigerator a couple of days......then slice and fry in butter. Haven't had them in years but that's the only way I like sweet potatoes.

On my list of "won't eat":

    Chitterlings (natural sewer pipes)
    Beets
    Brains (I'm not a Zombie)
    Any baked fish (gag reflex)
    Cranberries, Strawberries, raspberries, LOVE blackberries
    Octopus
    sushi (gag)
Insects, but would try fried grasshoppers.

    I like:
    Chicken liver.
Beef liver smothered in sauteed onions.
Fried catfish w/ white beans, cole slaw, and hush puppies loaded w/ onions.
    Frog legs...OMG they're good.
    Almost anything Mexican.
    Turnip greens.
    Most all beans except garbanzo.
    Cornbreads, except sweet type.
My dad cooked tripe when I was a kid. Pretty dang good. Haven't had any since.
There's no problem an AK can't solve...........

I ate a sandwich made by one of my friend's dad. I got sick when the dad told me I was eating Head Cheese.
