The KKK and other racist have ruined the use of the battle flag of the confederacy by many, I don't think anyone is served by a bunch of moronic kids trying to use the USA chant as racist banter either. USA USA is not to signify other American's aren't white enough to be "good Americans" .

Think how things might of been different if southerns were smart enough back in the early part of the 20th century to tell these groups their symbols weren't going to be used by racist for their own end means. IMO we might be at that same point in time with this, and I'd hope we'd be smarter.
