    Avoid from steroids : ( advice on health )

    Steroids are requirement for a professional body builder.
    Let me assure you that if you do not want to be a professional in this field then you have lot of time so friends be consistent and patient. It will take time but you may build the body without using these steroids and supplements by just using health diet and tough work out.

    You are right. Go ahead and do the juice if you don't want to live very long or have a triple bypass as Arnold did. I never took steroids or any other enhancement supplements. I still compete in powerlifting at 68....chris3

    If you inject a hemeroid with steroids you may just end up with a bicep for your anus. Kinda like a sea cucumber hanging from your rear. May come in handy some day.

    My boss does boby building, beside seeming extremely unhealthy (lots of yo-yo dieting) he does talk of alot of people in the sport doing all sorts of chemicals to get ahead.
