    Obama's Wall Street...

Hopefully who ever gets the nomination sticks to this message.

    Angry

It just goes to show how center-right this president has governed.

Supposedly he's this big time socialist, but Wall Street bankers sure don't seem to think so.

He's serving them just fine. As I'm sure any Republican who replaces him will as well, especially Mr. Bain Capital himself.

Truth is, both of the corporate parties are bought and paid for by special interests, and they will be donating heavily to BOTH candidates, just to cover all their bases.

How's that saying go? "If any serious change was possible through the electoral process, it wouldn't be legal."

As of oligarchy so of tyranny, the end is wealth; (for by wealth only can the tyrant maintain either his guard or his luxury). Both mistrust the people, and therefore deprive them of their arms." -- Aristotle, Book V, 350 B.C.E

Considering how much money the bankers have got from the government I think you could make a good case they are just socialist claiming to be capitalist...

It's all about socialized risk, but private rewards.

These fat cats like to be able to gamble on risky investments, knowing that if they fuck up the government will have their back and bail their asses out. They use extortion, threatening to take the whole economy down with them, if tax-payers don't foot the bill for their mistakes.

It's really more of a fascist model (marriage between corporations and government) than a socialist one.

Haven't you argued with me in the past when I've called what's going on as fascist? (or was it one of the other liberals?)

And there's such a vast difference between the fascist model and the socialist one.

Wall Street owned Barry 'before' he was elected and had governed anything or anyone..

Dubya, Barry, the Wall Street creeps.......same private schools, same Ivy League Colleges, indoctrinated by the same left wing professors........if elected, Mittens will fit right in.

    On the video Barry says:
People on wall Street still don't get it.
As usual Barry is wrong. Who doesn't get it and will never get it is the US electorate.

It's a fascist corporate regime. Goldman Sachs owns 0bama and the fedz. Soon GS will own every nation on earth.

Actually there is. Under a fascist model, corporations run by private individuals influence and control government, while keeping all profits to themselves.

Under socialism, the government controls the means of production, meaning that all profits are shared by the public at large, not private individuals. So at least the people as a whole get something out of it, instead of it just enriching a few private individuals.

In a practical sense there is no difference. If anything under socialism (historically) the people have probably lost more and retained less.
