    Question

Not sure if it's that simple? VA is fine with NFA however, in my area we have or had a sheriff in a county who would not sign off on supressors, another sheriff would not sign off on FA. While a state may be "NFA friendly" so to speak you may still find the local hurdles difficult to overcome without major effort.

    This might help:

Texas is good to go. Our Sheriff, Dee Anderson, gets the paperwork back fast. Only problem is, Hondo lives here. I've been thinking of getting a FA to protect my zebra herd from that bastard.
