Sure would be nice that in this time of our rights squarely in the cross hairs, we remember that this is a firearm website and leave all the silliness on the sidelines until we are sure that the potential war on our hobby is avoided.

When I think of a "hobby" I'm thinking something like stamp collecting, wood craft, model airplanes, trains, etc.. Hunting, target shooting, & defending one's life and property, if need be...isn't just a hobby.

no .. for a better term.. it's the "gun culture" .. much like the term "gun nut", of which many took offense.. I am a proud member of the "gun culture" .. and a happy "gun nut" .. I have tinkered with firearms for about 50 years, and have carried daily as a CCW holder for about 15 yrs, and I never have pointed a weapon at another human ..

one must choose .. good .. or evil .. no question which side I am on ..
