I strongly disagree with the rifle an handgun calibers of 22, in a shtf scenario, U will need a weapon that will stop a man dead in his tracks, a 22 just does not fit the bill. A 223 will! Although it is a great round for small game, you also need something that can take larger animals like deer at longer ranges. As for the handgun i would suggest anything in the 357 45 range.
Remember in a SHTF scenario u may not be just trying to survive, you may have to protect ur supplies from the thugs who leave the cities starving, u will also need to protect ur family from said thugs an any foreign invasion force. So i strongly disagree with a 22 as the main weapon

Read the whole thing. The .22 IS secondary.

I did, he meant 22 rimfire. 223 is centerfire.

I may be misunderstanding you but the .223 is a primary weapon caliber and the .22 is secondary. Are you saying you disagree with the .223 as a primary? The .22 is designated as a hunting round.

Good list, but I disagree with the loaded mags going "limp". Springs don't fatigue under load, they loose thie springiness by pressing/depressing.

I actually agree as well as to loaded mags do not fatigue but I download all rifle mags a couple of rounds to enhance reliability.
