The 9mm Calico in this pic was for sale right next to its .22LR cousin. Kicking myself for not getting both.

I had a pre-B a few years back but sold it, still kinda regret that...also one of the reasons why I picked up Bill.

It's the second Witness I've had, also had one of the big frame models in 10mm.

    Good guns with great ergonomics.

    The one I've kept is a CZ40B which I'm sure you'll appreciate.

Basically a CZ-75 with a 1911 grip. These were part of deal between Colt and CZ that fell through. One of the best SA triggers of any pistol I've ever shot. It's a keeper.

They were designed from the ground up as a .40 and were not just a converted 9mm like so many other .40s.

On a side note the RAMI which was to be it's subcompact companion is still going strong last I heard.

    Fucking sweet!

I like the looks of the steel or alloy framed Turks more, but they are costing too much NIB nowadays. Their mid-$400's when the real CZ's aren't much higher. Hopefully you got a killer deal on yours.

paid $273 OTD for it used. I'm not a big fan of the looks of the frame either. The shop I bought it from was where it was originally sold so who ever had it before me only owned it for a month or 2.

While lightweight metal and fancy plastic gets the job done.
