    Fear not.

The state department will just buy them back over the internet since that's where all "assault rifles" come from these days according to them.

I wonder if Kerry could actually pass a NICS check for them though?

My guess is this is the cover story for when the weapons start turning up in places they aren't suppose to be......

And then they will be traced back to straw man purchases in Arizona.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

One weakness, as to the credibility of this story, is that this warehouse was unguarded. Who does not put guards around a warehouse that holds 20,000 machine guns and ammo?

This sounds like a situation that was was designed to be "robbed" from its inception.

It depends on when they bought them but I believe that the going rate about 10 years ago was $650 each

How does one not guard a depot with 20,000 rifles??. I am still trying to do the calculations but mu brain hurts after reading the story. Could it be that the guards were off for their afternoon nap after cookies and apple juice ? I wonder if the daycare that the depot commander came from hands out little blankets and extra soft pillows for extra soft heads?

No, see there were guards...They were just at the other warehouse that was conveniently empty....
How do you compromise with someone when their idea of compromise is to give them what THEY want?

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
