    Traded for something impractical...

Traded an AK I haven't shot in almost 10 years for this with 3 mags and cash.
    I'm attracted to "neat" guns.

    Cute, I think!

I have this thing for oddball looking firearms myself, but something about trading an AK for one just doesn't seem right. Still that looks like one fun toy!

I like the AK and HK pistols better... they don't have the buffer sticking out.

What is the overall length of that? The reason I ask is that ATF was asked about that "pistol" with the buffer sticking out of the back, and an overall length of over 26 inches. Since it can not be shouldered it is not a rifle, but with an overall length of 26 inches, it is not a pistol, so a front handgrip is ok. I wish I could find the actual statement, because they found themselves admitting that they don't know how to classify it, so if over 26 inches but not able to be shouldered, with a forward grip it is not an "Any Other Weapon". Go figure!

Polymer mag it looks like. I hope it isn't a Promag, they don't have a very good rep for reliability. I'm guessing that means its set up for Colt 9 mm type mags? Probably zero recoil, should be very easy to shoot.

I have always loved the use of that handguard on that pistol.

    the 2 dozen i had when I had a 9mm setup for my AR ran 100% .

that was awhile ago and we know how alot of places QC has gone down the drain to keep up with demand.

    Oh man, that is cool.

I bet it kicks as soft as a BB gun.

You gotta take some range picks with that bay boy!

Yes, when the 1994 ban was coming on Promag cranked up production on Glock mags. They molded them without metal inserts, which was a big mistake. The spring pressure would spread the feed lips of the mag in about 2 weeks of being loaded. They were really only suitable as range mags, load and shoot, don't leave loaded status.
