^ I first heard of Dirtfedd the day I saw them live. I went to a Devildriver concert at the Alrosa Villa (their first return to the venue since Dimebags' tragic death on stage 5 years prior) and Dirtfedd was the final opening band before Devildriver came onstage. The opened up with this song and the whole venue turned into a 3 acre barfight. Never seen a band come from nowhere with that kind of intensity straight out of the gate. I've been hooked ever since. Shawn Crahan ("Clown" of Slipknot) came across them and was so impressed he actually took them on tour with Slipknot and produced their first (and so far only) album American Nightmare.
