Thank you sir. So many people say that the Beatles were the GOAT. I always thought the Stones were better. If you hung out with the Beatles, you would take them home and introduce them to your parents. If you hung out with the Stones, you would call your parents to bail you and them out of jail.
That would be true of pre-acid Beatles, but after they started tripping they got, well... trippy.
I don't personally care to listen to a lot of The Beatles, but they did advance pop music in a number of ways. Their use of multiple tracks for recording each song is probably one of their more important contributions.
