This story was carried on the St. Louis TV newscasts. The man wasn't homeless, just poorly dressed due to a false fire alarm in the early morning.
But yes, this youngster is "1 in a million" in this day and age. If he continues to mature in this manner, he is going to have a fantastic future.
Then he gives this youngster a "shopping spree" in his store as thanks for his caring and generosity.
