    WTK .22 lr

I have approx. 500 rds. of .22lr ammo.
250 rds of WW SuperX expert HP
250 rds. of Federal copper plated HP

I have no need for these. Taking up space.
Can someone give me an idea what price I should ask for them?

I have seen local offerings for up to 100.00 per 500 rounds. But then a few months ago, I bought over 2k of .22 for 150.00

525 round bulk boxes are $18 to $20 dollars... I've seen dealers at shows asking $65 to $95 right now... most are not buying at that price.
We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

I checked Midway usa, etc., and their price is $5.50 a box of 50. Everyone is out of stock.

I figure that would be a non-gouge price.

I think $40-50 is fair in todays market.
Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.

Well Hell, No sense in gouging.
    Think I'll ask $40 + shipping.

I think that is fair enough.
    Thanks Guys.

I'm a bit confused. You have no need for 22 ammo?

I must be getting old (can't help that) and senile (not according to a neuroscientist I know) but I have a hard time looking at Midway and others pricing a brick of .22LR for $55 as being reasonable. Granted the good old days of $7 per brick (500 rounds) are gone, but I might never shoot again if current pricing becomes the normal.

Slam, I believe 100% in this country's capitalism, so I am not going to tell you what to sell your ammo for, but will stand behind what you ask because in this society, if someone is willing to pay it, then price it that way.

I also can't believe all the online sellers are out of .22LR when I go to the websites of the ammo manufacturers and they all say they are running at 100% capacity, but that is another thread.
