    Alec Bradley American Toro

This is one of the box pass jewels. A 6x50 toro wrapped in Ct. shade and flawlessly constructed. I rolled with a punch cut. easy light and great draw. TONS of creamy smoke. Mild. No spice, but cocoa and coffee which is a bit unexpected in this stick. I'm halfway through at this writing and enjoying a nice fresh squeezed Sauza silver margarita inspired by the whisky thread. I'm pleased with this refreshing pairing on this summer day. I lost the ash at the 1" mark and had to re-light. Probably due to my neglect. I definitely like this cigar. I was hoping for a vitamin N/strength crescendo in the second half, but it is not going to happen. Still very pleasant and relaxing. Cheers.

Nice! That's certainly an interesting pairing, I don't think I've ever paired something sour with a stogie.

The coffee & chocolate flavors sound good. If they are abundant enough you've got an enjoyable smoke. Those two flavors and baking spices are my favorite tastes derived from cigars.

Sounds like you are well on your way to a good weekend, enjoy.

Think "light and refreshing". If it were 12 degrees out this wouldn't work.

If it were 12 degrees out, I'd be inside!

I don't see any ice, do you shake that over ice and then pour?

Gottcha, makes perfect sense that way, no more trouble than a martini really.

I'm gonna try and post a review later, got a new rye to try, just got to decide what to smoke with it.

Standing by. A good rye is in many cases preferable to bourbon.

Now that is a classic pairing few would argue with. Beer and steak.
