    Depends on IF they made the receiver or merely have their name on it as an Importer. I owned a Mak 90 that had B-West's name on it as an importer. The B-West receiver built guns had butter soft receivers.

    Yep, Made in China and imported by B-west were ok, as Schuetz said, the Made in USA receivers were not correctly heat treated.

    Too bad the seller doesn't have a picture of the "Made in" marking.

    I own one one of the first run of B-West made receivers. There are conflicting reports as to which ones were not properly heat treated. I believe there were three runs of receivers made before the ATF found out they weren't being made "in-house". The serial numbers of the 3 runs were BWA..BWB...BWC. Supposedly the B and C runs were heat treated, but no one seems to know for sure.
