I'll still be leaving my mosins in issue condition. If I want a sniper, I'll buy a sniper or make one out of a Rem 700 or Savage.

And the 7.62x54 kicks about like a 30-06, so not so much really IMHO.

Wonder what it would do off sandbags? Using the mag as your only support can't lend much to accuracy.
