    Question What do you think?

Really, really like the looks of this but know nothing about it.

I've been without an AK for 5-6 years and have been feeling the urge to reacquire one. This one really caught my eye. Anyone have one or know anything about James river Armory and their product? TIA

The Tabuk AK47 7.62x39mm Rifles by Jame River Armory are assembled from excellent condition original Yugo parts.
16" US made Chrome lined barrel
I'm not big on US made AK barrels or trying to pass off Yugo parts as an Iraqi made rifle.

Personally, I would purchase one of the following rifles and use the spare cash to have it refinished if your determined to have fancy wood and a custom metal finish or paint job. No Grenade launching equipment on these, but both fixed stock models come with scope rails.

Thought about the O PAP as I like the ability to mount a scope however, the GL sight and wood on the Tabuk clone are pretty appealing. I'll check this weekend and see if any of the local shops have either in stock so I can handle one or both.
