Good News: it is cheap.
Bad News: it is made with 'Zylon', and not 'Kevlar'.
Zylon, when exposed to Heat + Humidity, would break down
and decreased its ability to be "bullet resistant".

That's a good deal and all, but I'm not so sure "the bargain basement" is where you be shopping for any safety gear let alone the bullet proof variety!
