Looks good, Matt.
I remember it very well from my days in south suburban Cook County. The original store in Matteson is where I went for mine. Very good Pie, no doubt.
I have a Meijers not too far. I'll check it out. Is it the bi-color? Or better yet, mirai?
From Indian's website. It does not specify where Polaris is HQ'd. So in a way we may both be right.
Funny side-note; A friend of mine has a Victory(Polaris) scooter. He is of Polish descent. We call it his Polarish. The 2015 Indians are powered by the all-new Thunder Stroke™ 111. The new engine delivers an incredible 119 ft/lbs of torque and features styling that pays tribute to legendary Indian Motorcycle® engines of the past. Engineered and developed from the ground up by Indian Motorcycle, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries, all engines are manufactured at our Osceola, Wisconsin facility.
