    This is all well and good IF your state, and local, law enforcement will ignore it, too. But, if they carry out the law the governing body passed, constitutional or not, then those who try to ignore it get screwed.

    I'd like to know who in my area is carrying 30-rounders.

    It wouldn't surprise me if the powers that be don't want any enforcement. An arrest would give the defendant standing to challenge the law on constitutional grounds. If it went to SCOTUS then every state in the union would face the reversal of all their mag limit laws.
