Rip off of crye's multicam, the army changed just enough to not be patent infringement.

I heard a retired General on the radio the other day who specialized in coming up with camo. He wasn't a big fan of this stuff, he feels any multicam is kinda redundant since he always thought it was better so have a good camo for where you are instead of an okay camo for everywhere. But he said he liked it better than the last stuff.

Its scorpion, the Army actually owned the pattern before Multicam was invented. Crye changed the pattern from scorpion to multicam in order to be able to sell it commercially when the Army did nothing with it.
