Heard about this on the radio yesterday. It is good, but not great. In fact it is almost just alright except that we are talking about DC. There have been over 100 murders in DC this year, most involving firearms, that these laws did nothing to stop. Yet, the judges saw fit to leave in place certain laws to protect the public safety. This is funny as they were not protecting the public before, how are they going to protect the public now?

What brings the illogicalness of this ruling into start relief is this quote by the judge writing for the majority about why citizens should not be restricted in the number of guns they can register each month.

"The suggestion that a gun trafficker would bring fewer guns into the District because he could not register more than one per month there lacks the support of experience and of common sense,"
Too bad they could not extend the obvious use of logic to the rest of an illogical law.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!
