Why 50 years ago when the percentage of homeowners with a gun was much higher than it is now there were very few of these incidents. Now we seem to see a lot more. I know why, but that is not what Obama is going to have a news conference about in a few hours.

They are now suggesting that these may have been Pros. They targeted a specific conference room that was
rented by an outside group. They were in and out with an escape plan. They are trying to figure out who
rented the conference. This sounds like a hit.

Sounds like a possible false flag. I am predicting we will continue to see shooting incidents with ramped up media coverage to try to force gun control while Obama is still in office and/or to influence the pending Presidential election. On the other hand, the media will continue to ignore the armed thugs in Chicago and other liberal bastions.
The only thing I can think of that would be wrong with your comment is that most jihadis prefer to die while committing these atrocities. That way they can earn their virgins in heaven. These guys weren't planning on dying. They were in and out before the police arrived and had an escape plan in place.
Right now, I'm going with the feeling that this was a professional hit...

There was a recent attempt to push a Federal law outlawing body armor. I wrote my Congressman regarding this issue and I guess my letter was of interest to him because he called me and we had a 30 minute phone conversation.
After working in Kali for 21 months I was surprised at the number of "gun guys" there. Outside of the leftist strongholds the state is pretty conservative.
We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

IMO this could be the possible actors in this shooting. The why I can't say but it probably can be answered once we learn who was renting that conference room and who was present. Just tossing some logic out there.
