    Any idea why they declined to hear the case or can they just decline without one? IIRC they have declined to hear other cases because the party didn't have standing our it hadn't been through a lower court first or something like that. Was just curious what they reasoning was? I realize we all can assume any number of reason but would like to know what they said theirs was.

    I am sure they wimped out after what has happened in Paris and that assault weapon free zone of commiefornia.
