    Cool Unbelievable!

Was watching "The Five" on the DVR. About the last thing that Eric Bowling said was during the 7 years since Obama took office 100 million firearms have been sold, that's over 14.285 million a year! He also said that Ruger was up 50% in volume this year over the last year. All gun makers are at record levels.

I think that's awesome. People aren't buying them to simply hand em over later!

The game is up. The only folks left on the anti-side are the hardcore commies and the ignorant children.

Wonder where he got that figure? According to this the average number of firearms produced over the last eight years is about 3.5 million per year.

According to this site the NRA reports the number of firearms in the U.S is rising about 10 million per year

Closer but still not 100 million in 7 years.

Don't know but even your figures are 70 million, which is still impressive!

I wonder how much imported firearms would contribute to that figure? Back in the C&R gold rush days that probably would have been a sizable figure from imports alone.

I'm wondering if they just go by background checks, which would involve both new and used guns.

They Disserve it because they let their Gunsmiths Unionize and the UAW took them over and that is why a Colt has been way too Expensive for over 30 Years, unlike a Walther, which is worth the Price. I say let them go. At least S&W saw the Handwriting on the Wall and realized they could not make Revolvers anymore. by 2050 there will be no new Revolvers made anywhere in the World. It is a dying 19th Century Gun.

S&W still makes revolvers. Not sure what you're talking about? Colt stopped a long time ago but not S&W or Rossi or Taurus or Ruger or a bunch of others.

Just using that as an Example. Regardless of what they made. They overpriced their selves out of the Market because of the Workers Union. I had meant it to be a Anti-Union Post, not Revolver Post.

Oh, another guy who wouldn't do well over at Arfcom.

As far as the earlier comment someone made about revolvers, I just don't see an end for revolvers. They are way too versatile and available in a variety of calibers that aren't available in autos.

Black Friday fbi background checks were highest on record by like 10 percent or whatever.
"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"
