Bomb Threat at LA School District

Just breaking now on most news networks:

LAUSD has shut down all schools because of "credible bomb threat" phoned in to a School Board member.

I doubt this was the work of Islamic terrorists because they prefer to attack unannounced to make the body count higher.

From what I heard at lunch the threat was traced to an IP address in Frankfurt Germany. Also the same or similar threat was received for NYC schools but they deemed it "not credible" and didn't close the schools. If you don't close the schools then they know they can bring a backpack bomb in and no one will try and stop it. If you close the schools then they know they can wreak havoc with just an email until you quit closing them then they can make it the real deal. Either way they are screwed as people will complain if the close the school or don't close the school regardless of whether the threat is real or not.

i hope they find the prankster and charge them enough money that it takes their entire life to pay it off.
