    Anybody watching the debates?

I can't get to them, and anyway they make me ill. I was just curious who did the best. I hope Cruz is the front runner soon.

I think after this debate Rubio will probably need a tampon for his asshole. Both Cruz and Rand had their way with him. Rubio was more of less forced to admit he supports amnesty for illegals.

IMHO Rand had a very strong performance in this debate.

What was disturbing to me in this debate was the pandering by several candidates to the neocon wing of the party. Didn't Republicans learn something from the Iraq debacle?

I don't agree with that Rubio got pushed around but he held his own. Cruz did really well as did Trump, Jeb I think blew it he looked
weak. Rand was just a fan boy of Cruz......

Rubio is just another Lindsey Gramnesty..He swept in on the tea party flood then promptly became another establishment hack... I've been for Cruz all along, he's the most Conservative and smartest of the bunch. Paul is okay too, but he'll never get the numbers.

I tend to not watch the debates or speeches, I do try to read them later. I can read much faster than they can talk and it allows me (for good or bad) to remove some of the emotion attached with speech and focus on what is said. Since this information is not yet available, I haven't started my reading yet.

Based on what I saw in the R debate, my current favorites are:

    (1) Cruz
    (2) Trump
    (3) Carson

    I'm still with Cruz.

I'll vote for Trump of course if he gets the nod.

Carson lost me with his anti-gun comments and some other idiotic policy stands.

Of course, I'd take any of them over hitlery.

Herr Trump is now polling at 41%.

The media and the GOPe has thrown everything including the kitchen sink at the guy and he continues to rise in the polls. Lots of people want Achmed and Pedro sent the hell home.

    And a guy I didn't even know was running for potus and didn't make the debate has some words for us;

After watching the debate, Trump moved from my #1 position to #2 and Cruz moved to #1.

I also like Dr. Ben Carson, but he seems to me to be a bit too quiet. Although maybe he speaks softly, but carries a big stick (no stick jokes, guys!).

Has anyone else noticed how the media is hiding the Dimocratic debates from everyone? Instead on prime time during the week (which they schedule for the Repubs), they schedule the Dim Debates on weekends (Saturday night) and late at night to insure that no one will watch them.

The CMSM knows how bad the Dims are and are trying to hide them from the public.

Pathetic actions covering for a pathetic Party.

If I understand it right the Democrats asked for certain times for the debates and the MSM said alright. So it is the Democrats who are hiding and it is the MSM who is complicit in allowing them to hide.
