No thanks! Should I ever get to Hawaii that is one spot I will not be going to as a tourist.

No freaking way would I do that.
Apparently that's a 'common" (??) hiking trail on the island, but I can't imagine a lot of people walking that.Originally Posted by El Duce
AND .... I checked with someone who has been near that trail (but has not walked the entire length) and the DROP on either side is not hundreds of feet. That trail has a sheer drop of 3000 FEET on either side and the trail narrows down to 18" at it's skinniest point (with death on either side). Ugh.....
